Elite Meats buy from single farms so we have full traceability.

Everything is done in house from our shop in  Kippax.

We insist on the highest quality free range meat from our suppliers.

We are carcass specialists. 

We refuse to use nitrogen in our prepackaged products, choosing oxygen instead.

At Elite Meats we are 100% against the practice of moist infusion. This is where meat producers 

treat their products with a water based solution which results in a higher weight and shrinkage 

when the product is cooked. Pans filling up with water when mince is cooked is a prime example of this.

While not illegal we believe its is an awful practice and a sign of poor quality.
